# What we learned

A concise **opening claim**.

## Three findings
1. Clear context
2. Concrete evidence
3. Useful takeaway

Preserve the structure of a long-form idea

The converter now gives LinkedIn its own channel and Article-style preview while reusing the stable Markdown parser.

Article hierarchy

Carry headings, paragraphs, emphasis, lists, quotes, and links from the rendered result.

Visual technical content

Images, formulas, Mermaid diagrams, and Markdown tables are prepared as portable visuals.

One-language output

Publish the original Chinese version or an English version without combining both into one article.

A short publishing workflow

1

Paste the draft

Bring in the Markdown source and resolve any local image attachments.

2

Review the structure

Check the article hierarchy, visuals, and chosen language in the preview.

3

Copy and refine

Paste into LinkedIn, then add the final hook, CTA, mentions, and hashtags for your audience.

Know the boundaries

  • LinkedIn applies its own Article typography after paste; the preview models that platform style.
  • LinkedIn does not expose a native table format, so Markdown tables are copied as images.
  • Remote images with restrictive cross-origin policies may need manual upload.
  • The formatter does not publish automatically and does not access your LinkedIn account.

Frequently asked questions

Why are LinkedIn and Substack separate channels?

They can reuse the Markdown parser, but each platform applies a different Article design after paste. Separate channels let the preview model the actual destination.

Can I use this for a normal LinkedIn post?

Yes for drafting and plain formatting, but very long content is better suited to LinkedIn Articles and platform limits still apply.

Does the tool send content to LinkedIn?

No. It prepares content in your browser and places it on the clipboard. You control the final paste and publication.
